Universitas Andalas provides JOSI with technical and financial support, hence zero APCs. Based on that, Public in Cybernetics is dedicated to providing free services for authors from low-income countries or those facing financial constraints, ensuring inclusivity and equitable access to open knowledge.

All articles published in Public in Cybernetics are preserved in reputable archiving services, such as the PKP PN Archiving Service and Portico, to ensure long-term accessibility and sustainability.
