AbstractMahasiswa kerap dihadapkan pada berbagai tekanan akademik dan pribadi yang dapat memicu stres, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk mengelola tekanan ini guna menjaga kesejahteraan mental. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen stres kepada mahasiswa agar mereka dapat mengelola stres secara efektif. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 30 orang mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi modul pelatihan, tes pengetahuan (pretest dan posttest) untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta, serta Perceived Stress Scale untuk menilai tingkat stres sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: a) 90% peserta mengalami stres sedang, 6,7% stres rendah, dan 3,3% stres berat; b) nilai pretest berkisar antara 10 hingga 60, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada nilai posttest (rentang 70-100); c) skor N-Gain rata-rata sebesar 71,71 yang termasuk dalam kategori efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen stres. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa mengenali dan mengelola stres, yang penting bagi keseimbangan emosional dan performa akademik mereka. Abstract. Students are often faced with various academic and personal pressures that can trigger stress, so efforts are needed to manage this pressure to maintain mental well-being. This service activity aims to provide stress management knowledge and skills to students so that they can manage stress effectively. The training participants consisted of 30 students. The instruments used include training modules, knowledge tests (pretest and posttest) to measure participants' understanding, and the Perceived Stress Scale to assess stress levels before and after training. The results of data analysis showed: a) 90% of participants experienced moderate stress, 6.7% low stress, and 3.3% severe stress; b) pretest scores ranged from 10 to 60, with a significant increase in posttest scores (range 70-100); c) the average N-Gain score was 71.71 which is included in the effective category in improving stress management knowledge and skills. These findings confirm that the training provided is effective in helping students recognize and manage stress, which is important for their emotional balance and academic performance.
