Abstract: Students frequently suffer nervousness when they write their theses, in which it can undoubtedly make them uncomfortable. Physical symptoms including headaches, sweating palms, dry lips, nausea in the stomach, and irregular sleep patterns are also associated with anxiety over working on a thesis. Students with high levels of anxiety struggle to finish their theses, which hinders their ability to graduate on time. This highlights the necessity of outreach in order to address the anxiety issues that students frequently experience. In order to help students from Esa Unggul University's Faculty of Psychology identify symptoms of anxiety, manage their anxiety, and develop coping mechanisms while working on their theses, a community service project with the theme "Anti-Anxiety Facing Thesis" was implemented. This activity uses a webinar-based psychoeducational program that offers two resources: information on anxiety when confronted with a thesis and ways to combat anxiety while facing a thesis. The event took place on November 13, 2023. The results of this activity demonstrated that there was a substantial difference between before and after the psychoeducation webinar "Anti Anxiety Facing Thesis" was delivered to students at the Faculty of Psychology, Esa Unggul University. As a result, students at Esa Unggul University's Faculty of Psychology have reported feeling less anxious after attending the anti-anxiety psychoeducational webinar about theses.
