Abstract. Digital transformation is the process of changing an organization in running its operations by utilizing digital technology. Digital transformation in the Health Center focuses on increasing the effectiveness of medical record management through training and implementation of an electronic medical record (EMR) system. The main objective of this activity is to modernize the process of recording and managing medical records which have been done manually, by adopting more efficient and integrated digital technology. This training activity is designed to provide health workers with an in-depth understanding of the basics of EMR, how to use appropriate software, and best practices in electronic medical record management. During the training, 30 health workers from the local Health Center were actively involved in a workshop session that discussed in detail the functions and benefits of the EMR system. Participants were given knowledge about how this system can accelerate medical data recording, minimize errors, and facilitate access to patient health information. The implementation of the EMR system in the Health Center has not only succeeded in increasing efficiency in recording and managing medical data, but also has a positive impact on the quality of health services. With faster and more accurate access to medical data, health workers can provide better and more responsive services to patients. This activity is expected to be a model for Puskesmas in an effort to improve the quality and efficiency of health services through the use of information technology.
