Abstract. Color blindness poses a barrier for vocational students in programs requiring visual accuracy, such as design, animation, electricity, and fashion. Students are typically required to submit Ishihara-based test results from clinics, yet schools often revalidate them manually. This manual process is inefficient, subjective, and lacks documentation. This program developed a digital Ishihara-based application containing 24 test slides with automated evaluation, operable offline. Trial results show consistency with medical tests and ease of use for teachers. The application improves efficiency, accuracy, and trust in student selection. Theoretically, the program aligns with the Technology Acceptance Model and a community-based technology empowerment approach. It is expected to serve as a practical and sustainable solution for visual assessment in vocational school admissions.
