Pain is a complex health issue that significantly affects quality of life. This community service activity aimed to enhance the knowledge of health cadres in Alat Village regarding pain through education using leaflets and interactive discussions. A total of 24 health cadres participated in the program, which included a pre-test, the delivery of materials, discussion, and a post-test. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in cadres’ understanding of pain concepts, types, symptoms, causes, and management and prevention strategies. Leaflets proved to be an effective medium for delivering comprehensible and straightforward health information. This activity is expected to strengthen the role of health cadres in disseminating pain education to the broader community.
