Hypertension remains one of the most prevalent health problems in the community, including in South Kalimantan. This condition is influenced by various factors such as unhealthy lifestyles, lack of physical activity, and limited utilization of natural products as complementary therapy. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve public knowledge and skills through the use of easily accessible herbal plants such as ginger and lemongrass, which contain active compounds like gingerol and flavonoids that have potential antihypertensive and antioxidant effects. This community service activity aimed to: (1) increase public knowledge regarding the benefits of ginger and lemongrass as phytotherapy; (2) enhance community awareness in utilizing natural ingredients for maintaining health; (3) improve participants’ skills in producing herbal candy made from ginger and lemongrass; and (4) encourage simple herbal product innovation for independent use. The methods included educational sessions using pretest and posttest, training on herbal candy production, and mentoring during the practical process. The results showed an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills in utilizing ginger and lemongrass as phytotherapy products.
