Abstract. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of the Tenun Mandiri group (Partner I) and Generasi Tenun Pagatan group (Partner II) in Manurung Village through yarn-dyeing waste management, natural dyeing, and ecoprinting. The activities were conducted from May to August 2026 and involved 40 participants, with 20 participants from each partner group. The program consisted of outreach, technical training, hands-on practice, mentoring, and pre-post evaluation based on participants' ability to perform the targeted skills independently. The results showed that the number of Partner I members skilled in waste management increased from 0 to 4, while the combined indicator for natural dyeing and ecoprinting increased from 1 to 4 members. As supporting indicators of economic empowerment, Partner I's assets increased by 25.1% and Partner II's by 88.6%, while income increased by 69.0% and 61.8%, respectively. These economic changes were not directly attributed to the three third-year training activities because the broader program also included production, marketing, product downstreaming, and business-management interventions. The program improved partner skill capacity; however, direct environmental impacts cannot yet be concluded because waste volume and wastewater quality were not quantitatively measured.
