Abstract: Limited knowledge among pregnant women and families and inconsistent husband involvement may hinder pregnancy care. This community service program implemented the Family Information Package (PINKESGA) in Batu Kumbung Village, West Lombok. Participants received interactive education, demonstrations, trimester-based checklists, a booklet, an e-book, and mentoring. Paired knowledge scores from 19 pregnant women were analyzed using a two-sided Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Mean scores were 80.0 before and 95.8 after the program; the median change was 20 points (interquartile range 0–20; p < 0.001). Thirteen participants (68.4%) improved, six (31.6%) were unchanged, and none declined. At baseline, 14 of 19 women (73.7%) reported husband accompaniment. In a separate follow-up, eight husbands or family members had a mean support score of 97.5 (SD 7.1; median 100; range 80–100), and all reported commitment to accompany antenatal care visits and pregnancy classes. Baseline and follow-up support indicators differed in respondents and definitions and were not analyzed as paired change. PINKESGA implementation was followed by higher knowledge scores and high reported support. The uncontrolled design, small sample, possible ceiling effect, unpaired support data, and incomplete participant characteristics limit causal interpretation and generalizability.
