Intervensi terintegrasi mencakup pendampingan pembukuan berstandar SAK EMKM, penyusunan SOP operasional, hibah sarana Portable Digital Branding Studio, pemanfaatan aplikasi kasir digital (POS), onboarding marketplace, serta integrasi sistem pembayaran QRIS.
Abstract: Kragan Village, Sidoarjo Regency holds strategic MSME-based economic potential; however, most business owners face significant barriers in managerial competencies and low digital technology adoption. This community service program aims to enhance managerial capacity and accelerate digital literacy among MSME owners in Kragan Village using the Participatory Technological Development (PTD) framework and a Hybrid Mentoring scheme (30% theory, 70% hands-on active learning). Integrated interventions include bookkeeping mentorship based on SAK EMKM standards, operational SOP formulation, donation of Portable Digital Branding Studio units, Point of Sales (POS) application implementation, e-commerce onboarding, and QRIS payment integration. Program evaluation was conducted on 20 partner MSMEs using descriptive analysis and non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test on pre-test and post-test data. The results demonstrated a statistically significant increase in the average managerial and digital competency score from 1.79 (low category) to 4.28 out of 5 (very high category) with p < 0.001. Adoption of SAK EMKM-compliant bookkeeping rose from 15% to 85%, digital POS usage grew from 20% to 80%, and active QRIS transaction adoption increased from 25% to 90%. Program sustainability is secured through Local Champion mentorship and the establishment of the "Kragan Digital MSME" community for continuous peer-to-peer learning.
