Pemberdayaan Guru Sekolah Dasar melalui Pendampingan Penyusunan RPP berorientasi Kecakapan Abad 21

Abstract

Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa Revolusi Industri Keempat akan segera berlangsung (juga dikenal sebagai Industri 4.0). Bahkan pendidikan terpukul keras oleh angin puyuh revolusi. Sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab yang signifikan dalam mempersiapkan anak-anak mereka untuk era digital. Bagi lembaga pendidikan, tuntutan akan pendidikan luar biasa dari mereka yang mempersiapkan generasi penerus siswa sangatlah besar. Pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai unsur, salah satunya adalah kualitas guru. Guru harus diizinkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses pendidikan untuk memajukan pengembangan profesional mereka sendiri. Untuk pengalaman pendidikan kelas dunia, penting untuk merencanakan ke depan. Setiap kelas perlu memadukan keterampilan dan informasi dari era modern ke dalam konten yang disajikan. Modifikasi kurikulum 2013 untuk 2018 menetapkan ini sebagai wajib. Penanaman keterampilan abad 21 ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi hari-hari revolusi industri 4.0 yang sudah berlangsung. Sebagai contoh, keterampilan abad 21 mencakup kemampuan untuk belajar dan berkembang, serta bagaimana berinteraksi dan berkolaborasi dengan orang lain. Berbagai macam keterampilan, seperti berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah dan komunikasi serta kreativitas dan membaca, diperlukan dalam setiap komponen. Guru perlu meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam mengajarkan keterampilan abad ke-21. Guru harus diberi instruksi tentang bagaimana merancang kelas yang menggabungkan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk abad kedua puluh satu.
