Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu Melalui Peningkatan Pengetahuan Deteksi Dini Risiko Tinggi Ibu Hamil

Causes of maternal mortality are bleeding, hypertension, infection, prolonged labor, and abortion. Bleeding is the highest cause of maternal death while prolonged labor is the lowest cause of maternal mortality. Other factors such as the condition of pregnant women with heart disease, tuberculosis or other diseases suffered by the mother. This community service aims to Empower Posyandu Cadres through Increased Knowledge of High-Risk Early Detection of Pregnant Women. The target of this community service activity is pregnant women in the working area of the Penyengat Olak Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency, as many as 30 people. The approach was to seek policy support from the local government, namely stakeholders in the Penganyat Olak Village, the Penyengat Olak Health Center, the village midwife and the Pengnyat Olak village cadres. Conduct advocacy and coordination meetings with the Head of the Health Center, Village Midwife and cadres. Furthermore, the service team makes a work plan and schedule of activities that are agreed upon and adjusted to the conditions and situation at the location, then coordinates again the location where the meeting will take place. The type of community service implemented is the Partner Village Development Program (PPDM), empowering posyandu cadres through increasing high-risk early detection (DDRT) of pregnant women. The method used is in the form of counseling, lectures and questions and answers. DDRT training using KSPR and practice filling out KSPR. There was an increase in the average score of posyandu cadre knowledge from 3.93 to 8.30. In general, posyandu cadres can practice early detection of high-risk pregnancies using KSPR.
Abstrak: Penyebab angka kematian ibu adalah perdarahan, hipertensi, infeksi, partus lama, abortus. Perdarahan merupakan angka tertinggi penyebab kematian ibu sedangkan partus lama merupakan penyebab terendah angka kematian ibu Adapun faktor lainnya seperti kondisi ibu hamil dengan penyakit jantung, tuberkolosis atau penyakit lain yang diderita ibu. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu Melalui Peningkatan Pengetahuan Deteksi Dini Risiko Tinggi Ibu Hamil. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penyengat Olak Kabupaten Muaro Jambi sebanyak 30 orang. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan mencari dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah setempat yaitu stakeholder di Desa Pengenyat Olak, Puskesmas Penyengat Olak, Bidan desa dan kader desa Pengenyat Olak. Melakukan pertemuan advocacy dan koordinasi dengan Kepala Puskesmas, Bidan Desa dan kader. Selanjutnya tim pengabdi membuat rencana kerja dan jadwal kegiatan yang disepakati dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan situasi dilokasi, lalu mengkoordinasikan kembali lokasi tempat pertemuan. Jenis pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan adalah Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) berupa pemvberdayaan kader posyandu melalui peningkatan deteksi dini risiko tinggi (DDRT) ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, ceramah dan tanya jawab. Pelatihan DDRT menggunakan KSPR dan praktik pengisian KSPR. Terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata pengetahuan kader posyandu dari 3.93 menjadi 8.30. Pada umumnya kader posyandu mampu mempraktikkan deteksi dini resiko tinggi kehamilan menggunakan KSPR.
