Abstract

Kekerasan, pelecehan, dan eksploitasi seksual, bukan hanya menimpa perempuan dewasa juga perempuan yang tergolong di bawah umur (anak-anak). Kejahatan seksual ini tidak hanya berlangsung di lingkungan perusahaan, perkantoran atau di tempat-tempat tertentu yang memberikan peluang manusia berlawanan jenis dapat salaing berkomunikasi, namun juga dapat terjadi di lingkungan keluarga. Jenis penelitian adalah normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian Penegakah hukum terhadap pelaku kekersan seksual perempuan dan anak perlu harus mendapatkan perhatian disertai dengan hukuman yang dapat membuat efek jera sebagaimana diatur dalam Kitab-Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana lama dan baru, Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 Tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak, Undang-Undang Nomor 12 tahun 2022 Tentang Tindak Pidana kekerasan Seksual, serta peraturan undang-undang terkait, sehingga tindak ada lagi korban kekerasan seksual khusus korban anak.
