Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang Mataram

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation, and work environment on the employee performance of PT. Air Minum Giri Menang Mataram. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Air Minum Giri Menang Mataram. The number of samples used in this study was 72 people using a survey method with a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation, and distributing questionnaires containing questions about compensation, work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 22 for Windows program. The results of data analysis show that; 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and 3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang Mataram. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 orang dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan tentang kompensasi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa; (1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
