Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam mengeluarkan putusan Pengadilan Negeri Mataram tentang penguatan hak milik atas tanah berdasarkan putusan pengadilan nomor 42/PDT.G/2018/Pengadilan Negeri Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, karena pembahasan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam mengeluarkan putusan didalam persidangan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penguatan hak milik atas tanah berdasarkan putusan pengadilan sesuai dengan hasil dalam persidangan.
