Pelatihan pada bidan desa mengenai penggunaan breast gel pack untuk ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penyengat Olak

Bendungan ASI merupakan suatu kondisi terjadinya sumbatan pada saluran laktiferus, yang disebabkan oleh tekanan jari pada saat menyusui, terlalu ketatnya BH yang digunakan dan adanya komplikasi pembengkakan payudara, yaitu tidak segera dikeluarkan susu yang diproduksi sehingga menimbulkan sumbatan. hasil nilai pretest pada bidan desa sebelum diberikan materi pelatihan tentang penggunaan Breast Gel Pack pada ibu nifas nilai terendah yaitu benar 30 dan tertinggi benar 60 dari 15 pertanyaan, dengan nilai rata rata yaitu 42,6. Bidan rata-rata belum mengetahui secara spesifik penggunaan Breast Gel Pack yang bisa mengurangi keluhan bendungan ASI pada ibu nifas. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bidan desa. Dengan pemberian materi yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan tentang upaya penggunaan Breast Gel Pack pada ibu nifas dan meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan bidan desa tentang penggunaan Breast Gel Pack pada ibu nifas.
Abstract. Breast milk engorgement is a condition in which there is a blockage in the lactiferous ducts, caused by finger pressure during breastfeeding, too tight bras, and complications of breast swelling, i.e., not immediately releasing the produced milk, leading to blockage. The pre-test results among village midwives before being given training material on the use of Breast Gel Pack for postpartum mothers showed the lowest score of 30 correct answers and the highest of 60 correct out of 15 questions, with an average score of 42.6. On average, midwives are not specifically aware of the use of Breast Gel Pack that can reduce breast milk engorgement complaints in postpartum mothers. This led to the initiative of community awareness and training for village midwives. With the provision of material related to knowledge, understanding, and skills about the use of Breast Gel Pack in postpartum mothers, there was an increase in the knowledge, understanding, and skills of village midwives about the use of the Breast Gel Pack for postpartum mothers.
