Abstract: The Community Service Program is strategically designed to empower educators through training on global diversity within the school environment. This training is structured into three pivotal stages: preparatory, execution, and evaluation. During the preparatory phase, a comprehensive survey is conducted to understand the specific needs of the educators and to design the activity format appropriately. The execution phase delves deep into cultivating and preserving an understanding of global diversity, leveraging the power of digital technology. Following this, an evaluation of the training's efficacy is conducted by distributing questionnaires to all participants to gauge their level of satisfaction. The primary research tool employed is a satisfaction questionnaire. Feedback from the training highlighted participants' high satisfaction levels concerning preparation, content, training delivery, and amenities provided.
