Pelatihan Digital Marketing Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penghasilan Blambanan Tapis Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung

Technology has been developing rapidly, so people inevitably have to follow the development of technology, otherwise, they will be left behind. The utility of social media is the most effective marketing tool because everyone from different backgrounds actively uses it. With social media, businessmen can interact widely with various groups to market their products. Therefore, the products that are offered have a great opportunity to be sold. The main problem faced by Blambanan Tapis is the lack of knowledge in online marketing, especially e-commerce. The lack of knowledge about digital marketing inspires community service teams to provide training on the usage of information and communication technology. If they understand the importance of digital marketing for business opportunities, it is expected that they will be motivated to use digital marketing as a means of communication and business opportunities for their business and can practice it directly by utilizing social media. Based on that problem, the solution given to partners is to provide materials related to digital marketing. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, training, and evaluation. The goal of this training is the implementation of the introduction of digital marketing to increase the income of Blambanan Tapis.
Abstrak: Teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, sehingga masyarakat mau tidak mau harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, jika tidak maka akan tertinggal. Menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang paling efektif karena orang-orang dari berbagai latar belakang aktif menggunakannya. Melalui media sosial, para pelaku ekonomi dapat berinteraksi secara luas dengan berbagai kalangan untuk memasarkan produknya. Oleh karena itu, apa yang ditawarkan mempunyai peluang besar untuk dijual. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi Blambanan Tapis adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran online, khususnya e-commerce. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital mendorong crowdsourcing untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang cara menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Jika Blambanan Tapis memahami pentingnya pemasaran digital bagi peluang bisnis, maka semoga Blambanan Tapis termotivasi untuk menggunakan pemasaran digital sebagai sarana komunikasi dan peluang bisnis untuk usahanya, dan dapat menerapkannya secara langsung menggunakan media sosial. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra yang kurang memiliki informasi mengenai pemasaran digital, maka solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah dengan memberikan materi terkait pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Adapun target yang dimaksudkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk pelaksanaan pengenalan pemasaran digital dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan penghasilan Blambanan Tapis.
