Tantangan Perkembangan Teknologi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Iman Pemuda Remaja di HKBP Sukadame Pematang Siantar

The purpose of this community service is to see how many challenges technological developments have on the growth of youth faith and youth at HKBP Sukadame Pematangsiantar. The total sample was 45 people. This research uses a descriptive method, while the data analysis carried out in hypothesis research is Pearson product-moment correlation with the data collection tool being a questionnaire for Variable X (technological development) and Variable Y (Growth of Faith). To find out the extent of the challenges of technological development on the growth of faith of young people and teenagers at HKBP Sukadame Pematangsiantar, the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Statistical Test was used. From the test results, it was obtained that the correlation test (r) was 0.6905 with a determination test of 47.67% and to find out whether the correlation coefficient was significant at the real level (a) = 0.05, a "t" test was carried out with the test criteria if t was obtained from the calculation. is greater than t-table at a significance level of 1 – 0.05 with dk = n – 2, then the hypothesis is accepted and in other cases it is rejected. From the test results obtained t-count more than t-table (6.2599 more than 1.68), so the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be stated that there is a significant influence between the challenges of technological development on the growth of faith of youth and adolescents at HKBP Sukadame Pematangsiantar.
