Abstract: This community service program focuses on enhancing the fine motor skills of early childhood (EC) students at Kreatif Cendekia Kindergarten in Surabaya, through training methods for task delivery for seven early childhood education (ECE) teachers. The training is designed to improve teachers' understanding and skills in developing learning activities that support the fine motor development of EC students. Through a series of workshops, interactive discussions, and practice sessions, teachers are equipped with both theory and practice of innovative teaching oriented towards the children's learning experience. The training results show a significant improvement in teachers' ability to integrate new methods into the curriculum and daily learning, reflected in higher engagement and development of fine motor skills in children. This success also underscores the importance of ongoing training for ECE teachers to enhance the quality of early childhood education. This program not only contributes to the professional development of teachers but also highlights the importance of collaboration between educational institutions in supporting early childhood education initiatives.
