Hubungan pengetahuan ibu menyusui dengan pemberian asi pertama (kolostrum) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kandang Mas Kota Bengkulu

Kolostrum adalah ASI pertama yang dihasilkan oleh ibu setelah melahirkan. Kolostrum mengandung berbagai nutrisi penting dan zat-zat pelindung untuk membantu membangun sistem kekebalan tubuh dan melindungi bayi dari infeksi dan penyakit pada awal kehidupannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengetahuan Ibu Menyusui Dengan Pemberian Asi Pertama (Kolostrum) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kandang Mas Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode survey analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian seluruh ibu menyusui di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kandang Mas Kota Bengkulu yang melahirkan pada bulan Januari- Februari 2024. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu menyusui di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kandang Mas Kota Bengkulu diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 36 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer, diolah secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil analisa univariat sebagian besar 20(55,6%) bayi tidak diberikan kolostrum, sebagian kecil 13(36,1%) pengetahuan ibu kurang mengenai kolostrum. Hasil analisa bivariat menggunakan uji statistic Chi-Square didapatkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan ibu dengan pemberian asi pertama pada bayi baru lahir di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kandang Mas Kota Bengkulu.
