Strategi Pengembangan Sektor UMKM Rapulung Art’s Pasca Pandemi di Kecamatan Jereweh Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Rapulung Art’s Masa Pandemi di Kecamatan Jereweh Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan sektor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Rapulung Art’s menggunakan strategi agresif yang berada di posisis kuadran I diantaranya: (1) memanfaatkan keberadaan KEK Mandalika untuk menjual produk UMKM Rapulung Art’s, (2) Dengan adanya hubungan yang baik dengan konsumen bisa memicu adanya pelanggan tetap atau konsumen tetap, (3) dengan adanya rumah produksi sendiri bisa memaksimalkan pembuatan produk.
