Edukasi pencegahan stunting melalui produk nugget sayur ayam untuk ibu hamil dan anak balita serta upaya pengelolaan hipertensi sedari dini

Tingkat pengetahuan sangat berpengaruh pada perilaku, terutama pengetahuan tentang kesehatan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sungai Tandipah, kecamatan Sungai Tabuk kabupaten Banjar, berfokus pada penyuluhan pemberian edukasi terkait hipertensi kepada Masyarakat lanjut usia dan edukasi materi stunting kepada ibu dan balita, sekaligus demo pembuatan nugget sayur ayam untuk pencegahan stunting dan dilaksanakan juga pemeriksaan tekanan darah gratis. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui dan memahami apa itu hipertensi serta dapat mencegah hipertensi sedari dini, juga dapat memahami apa itu stunting serta dapat mengolah produk tinggi gizi yang disukai semua kalangan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan stunting. Dengan penyampaian materi edukasi melalui penyuluhan, masyarakat menjadi mengerti dan terjadi perubahan sikap serta perilaku berdasarkan pengetahuan yang didapat melalui penyuluhan secara sadar dan mandiri.
Abstract: The level of knowledge has a great influence on behavior, especially knowledge about health. This community service was carried out in Sungai Tandipah Village, Sungai Tabuk District, Banjar Regency, focusing on counseling on providing education related to hypertension to the elderly community and education on stunting materials to mothers and toddlers, as well as a demonstration of making chicken vegetable nuggets for stunting prevention and also free tension checks. This community service aims to make people know and understand what hypertension is and can prevent hypertension from an early age, can also understand what stunting is and can process high-nutrition products that are liked by all people as one of the efforts to prevent stunting. By delivering educational materials through counseling, the community becomes aware and changes in attitudes and behaviors based on the knowledge gained through counseling consciously and independently.
