E-Posyandu: Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi pada Layanan Kesehatan Posyandu

Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dari, oleh, untuk, dan bersama masyarakat, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Saat ini Posyandu 1C yang terletak pada Griya Permata Gedangan masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual, hal tersebut menjadi permasalahan tersendiri seperti hilangnya data pasien ataupun kurangnya efisiensi waktu pada saat pemeriksaan. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pengabdian menawarkan implementasi system informasi Posyandu. Implementasi system E-Posyandu diharapkan Posyandu 1C dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang ditimbulkan oleh pengelolaan system secara manual. Dengan adanya E-Posyandu, pengelolaan data bisa dilakukan dengan lebih baik karena Sistem informasi membantu pencatatan data secara elektronik. Selain itu, E-Posyandu memungkinkan kader Posyandu melaporkan hasil kegiatan mereka secara real-time ke Puskesmas atau dinas kesehatan, sehingga mempermudah koordinasi.
Abstract. Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Effort (UKBM) managed from, by, for, and with the community, to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services. Currently, Posyandu 1C located in Griya Permata Gedangan still records the data manually, this system has caused a problem such as loss of patient data or lack of time efficiency during examinations. Therefore, the Community Service Team offers the implementation of a Posyandu web-based information system. The implementation of the E-Posyandu system is expected that Posyandu 1C can reduce problems caused by manual system management. With the implementation of E-Posyandu, data management can be done better because the Information System helps record data electronically. In addition, E-Posyandu allows Posyandu cadres to report the results of their activities in real-time to the Health Center or health office, thus facilitating coordination.
