Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku seksual remaja SMA

Perilaku seksual remaja adalah segala tingkah laku seksual yang didorong oleh hasrat seksual lawan jenisnya, yang dilakukan oleh remaja sebelum mereka menikah.. Tujuan umum penelitian yaitu diketahuinya faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi adalah siswa SMA wilayah kerja Puskesmas Panjang sebanyak 1.710 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 140 orang. Analisis bivariate menggunakan Chi Square dan multivariat dengan menggunakan Regresi logistik. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan 47,9 persen memiliki perilaku seksual kurang baik, 87,9 persen terpapar sumber informasi, 52,1 persen sosial ekonomi rendah, 87,1 persen lingkungan sosial buruk dan 66,4 persen berstatus pacaran. Hasil bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara sumber informasi (p value = 0,003), status pacaran (p value = 0,000) dan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara sosial ekonomi (p value = 0,592), lingkungan sosial (p value = 0,485) terhadap perilaku seksual remaja SMA wilayah kerja Puskesmas Panjang. Variabel yang paling dominan terhadap perilaku seksual remaja SMA wilayah kerja Puskesmas Panjang adalah sumber informasi dengan nilai OR 19,004 (CI=2.369–152.466). Saran bagi Puskesmas adalah melakukan inovasi dalam memberikan pendidikan, pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pembinaan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi kepada remaja serta dapat mensosialisasikan bahaya paparan pornografi.
Abstract: Adolescent sexual behavior is any sexual behavior that is driven by sexual desires of the opposite sex, which are carried out by adolescents before they get married. The general objective of this research is to know what factors are associated with adolescent sexual behavior. The research design used in this study was observational analytic with a cross-sectional research design. The population was 1,710 high school students working in the Puskesmas Panjang area with a sample of 140 people. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square and multivariate using logistic regression. Univariate analysis results found that 47.9 percent had bad sexual behavior, 87.9 percent were exposed to information sources, 52.1 percent were low socioeconomic, 87.1 percent were poor social environment and 66.4 percent were dating. Bivariate results show that there is a significant influence between sources of information (p value = 0.003), dating status (p value = 0,000) and there is no significant effect between socioeconomic (p value = 0.592), social environment (p value = 0.485) to the sexual behavior of high school teenagers in the work area of the Puskesmas Panjang. The most dominant variable on the sexual behavior of high school teenagers in the work area of the Puskesmas Panjang is the source of information with an OR value of 19,004 (CI = 2,369 - 152,466). Suggestions for Puskesmas are to innovate in providing education, knowledge, understanding and coaching about reproductive health to adolescents and to be able to socialize the dangers of exposure to pornography.
