Abstract: Based on the results of the annual report data in Lampung Province in 2015 as many as 15.3 percent of mothers did not perform breast care, this is because mothers did not get information about how to properly care for breasts, this figure is quite concerning because public awareness of breast care is still relatively high. low, including the lack of knowledge of postpartum mothers about how to perform breast care (Dinkes Lampung Province, 2017). The distribution of the frequency of maternal knowledge after breast care counseling was mostly in the good category, namely 27 mothers (54 percent), 15 mothers (30 percent) had sufficient knowledge and 8 mothers (16 percent) had less knowledge.
